About the position

The Site PEAK Sr Analyst at Newell Brands plays a crucial role in driving productivity and capability building within the Supply Chain. This position focuses on the implementation of the PEAK PACS strategy in a Factory/Warehouse setting, ensuring alignment with the global PEAK Agenda and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and alignment in support of the global PEAK Agenda
• Integrate with the current site and central PEAK teams in performing training, coaching, business support, and PEAK PACS deployment activities
• Support pilot sites in development & deployment of PEAK PACS tools and methods to drive business results
• Build the capability of the key internal resources needed to deliver on critical initiatives
• Foster key relationships with various functions
• Provide analytics and business intelligence to support project selection, root-cause analysis, project validation, etc.
• Provide and manage an integrated project plan to drive implementation and deliver business results
• Ensure that PEAK work is impacting both results, and the culture change including capability building for setting, tracking and problem-solving measures, total employee involvement, and linkages of individual and team activities to losses and the business need
• Successful implementation of large capital projects on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• At least 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Experience leading a project or managing a timeline
• Demonstrated experience leading a team (Directly or Indirectly)
• Experienced working in a factory or warehouse with automation and systems
• Experience with a Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proven leader, team member and collaborator
