About the position

The Site Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and program activities at a designated site for Think Together. This role ensures that all activities align with the organization's mission and values, focusing on providing a positive experience for students while maintaining program quality and compliance with safety guidelines. The Site Program Manager will also train and supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with school administrators to achieve academic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage successful day-to-day site operations and program activities.
  • Ensure program activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Think Together.
  • Monitor and assess the success of the program, including participation levels and student achievement.
  • Implement a comprehensive curriculum to ensure academic success of students.
  • Train and coach staff on routines, procedures, and program design.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to direct reports.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
  • Interview, recommend, supervise, train, discipline, and terminate site staff as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrollment data and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  • Communicate regularly with school principal and faculty to align on academic goals and initiatives.
  • Manage site level budgets and ensure accurate approval of timecards for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in education/youth programs.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position is required.
  • Strong ability to communicate with students, parents, and school staff both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent program management skills, including a record of completing tasks on time and within budget.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual/Bi-cultural (Spanish) may apply in some cases.
  • CPR/First Aid certified or ability to obtain certification within the first 60 days.
