About the position

As a Site Reliability Engineer focusing on On-Prem solutions, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and designing innovative Kubernetes solutions. This position emphasizes the importance of introducing new tooling and leading teams in all aspects of infrastructure management. You will have the opportunity to build automation tools and oversee their integration across all engineering teams, ensuring that processes and security protocols are in place to protect and guide the growing platform. The role is primarily managerial and strategic, allowing you to influence the direction of projects while minimizing office politics and focusing on impactful work. Responsibilities

• Guide and design new Kubernetes solutions.
• Introduce new tooling for infrastructure management.
• Lead teams in all aspects of infrastructure.
• Build automation tools and oversee their integration across engineering teams.
• Establish processes and security protocols for the platform.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes or similar microservices tools.
• Extensive experience in Linux operations and project management.
• Previous responsibility for dictating large-scale container projects.
• Experience with end-to-end Terraform provisioning.
• Experience in SaaS environments.

• Ability to multi-task across several projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience updating monitoring setups.
