Responsibilities

• Triage incidents and respond to system outages.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Implement application improvements to enhance reliability.
• Manage incidents more than traditional DevOps tasks.
• Utilize AWS/Cloud technologies effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Proficiency in AWS/Cloud services.
• Experience with incident response and management.
• Knowledge of Lambda, ECS, APIs, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace/Datadog.
• Familiarity with GitLab and Java.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead.
