About the position

As a Site Reliability Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the survivability and reliability of mission-critical resources within the Space and Intelligence Systems line of business. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about maintaining uptime for critical systems and automating systems administration activities. Your responsibilities will include configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise services, with a strong emphasis on Linux systems administration. Your thorough knowledge of technology trends will be instrumental in championing new ideas and process improvements. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
  • 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Agile experience preferred
