About the position

The Site Reliability Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems will be part of a cross-functional team focused on maintaining the reliability and survivability of mission-critical resources within the Space and Intelligence Systems line of business. This role involves ensuring system uptime, automating systems administration activities, and troubleshooting enterprise services, all while contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uptime of critical systems

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise services
• Administer Linux systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
• 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance
• Agile experience preferred
