About the position

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for leading day-of-deployment monitoring and participating in Go/No-Go calls. The role focuses on improving observability, dashboarding, performance, and other site reliability concerns. After addressing technical debt, the SRE will also engage in feature development and stay updated on relevant technologies and methodologies used by the Scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Address technical debt before taking on new features or work.
• Engage in development efforts related to site reliability concerns.
• Work with the Scrum team on relevant technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of .NET development experience.
• 5+ years of total development experience, with at least 2 years in Java.
• Experience as a Cloud or DevOps Engineer.
• Proficiency in networking, cloud (preferably AWS), automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins), performance engineering, or APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, Sumo Logic).
• Experience with Kubernetes.
