Responsibilities

• Implement SRE observability.
• Utilize the ELK stack for monitoring, log management, and visualization.
• Manage VMware technologies and tools for monitoring, configuration management, deployment, and operations.
• Write automation scripts using Ansible for self-healing capabilities.
• Support customer issues and communicate effectively with teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of programming experience in Java and/or .NET.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies.
• Practical experience with monitoring tools, preferably the ELK stack.
• Familiarity with Application Performance Management (APM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Experience using ITSM tools, preferably Splunk.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
