About the position

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of systems through effective design and development practices. The position requires a full stack or backend engineer with extensive experience in troubleshooting, API management, and log analysis to maintain and enhance system operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reliable systems and applications.
• Write and consume complex Splunk queries to build dashboards and track trends.
• Troubleshoot errors by analyzing logs and system outputs.
• Utilize REST APIs and Postman for testing and integration.
• Engage with team members and stakeholders through effective communication during calls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full stack or backend engineering.
• Strong experience in writing and consuming complex Splunk queries.
• Good understanding of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and API management tools like APIGEE.
• Proficient in troubleshooting errors by analyzing logs.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and experience with Postman.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging resources and conveying information clearly.
