Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering / Platform Engineering / DevOps role or similar.
  • Linux system administration, basic scripting (Python, Bash), monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), incident response processes.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Support automation efforts to improve reliability and reduce manual operations.
  • Assist in deploying and managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Learn and apply SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth system operations.
