About the position

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role focuses on managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring the reliability and performance of software solutions. This position involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software, as well as contributing to documentation and educational content. The SRE will also be responsible for triaging and resolving system issues, participating in design reviews, and implementing best practices in automation and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
• Write product or system development code.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on updates and user feedback.
• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
• Create automation suite for In-Market BCDR systems.
• Enable SRE Best practices and standardization for Brick & Mortar Systems, In-Market systems.
• Incorporate changes in Google Cloud Platform Projects for auto-scaling and optimal Storage Utilization.

Requirements
