About the position

As a Site Reliability Operations Analyst at Palantir Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of our software solutions. This position involves crafting and implementing processes to streamline workflows, stabilizing projects, and anticipating customer needs to allow engineers to focus on technical challenges. You will be the first responder to issues, working collaboratively to resolve problems and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments at large customers and assist with new pilot projects.
• Act as the first responder to issues, troubleshooting problems and seeking help only when necessary.
• Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate creatively and go above and beyond to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to travel 25-75%, varies by location and team.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
