About the position

As a Site Reliability Operations Analyst at Palantir, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and operational success of our software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to craft, implement, and execute processes that streamline workflows and reduce friction within the team. You will be the engine behind Palantir deployments, ensuring that projects are tracked and stabilized, roadblocks are removed, and customer needs are anticipated. This will allow our engineers to focus on the technical challenges they are best equipped to solve. In this position, you will encounter a variety of challenges and problems. One day, you may be supporting a deployment at a large customer, and the next, you could be assisting with a new pilot project. You will be the first responder when issues arise, taking the initiative to address problems even if they fall outside your area of expertise. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring that the team can deliver high-quality results. Your role will also involve crafting and implementing processes that reduce friction, enabling all team members to focus on their strengths. You will need to think creatively, work collaboratively, and go above and beyond to ensure that tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. This position requires extraordinary judgment and composure in high-pressure situations, as well as a creative approach to project management that emphasizes lightweight frameworks and rapid iteration. You will be expected to maintain meticulous attention to detail, including accurate record-keeping and diligent tracking of key project metrics. Enthusiasm for working on-site with customers and supporting internal projects will be vital, as you will be bringing order and efficiency to critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support deployments at large customers and assist with new pilot projects.

Requirements

  • Active US security clearance, designated Top Secret or above.
  • 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel 25-75%, varies by location and team.
