About The Position
The Site Reliability Principal Engineer at City National Bank is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and maximum uptime of the bank's systems, whether in the Data Center or on Cloud Platforms. This role involves architecting solutions to improve software platform reliability, participating in incident management, and mentoring junior team members. The engineer will also design and manage service level indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and error budgets, while promoting SRE principles to enhance product velocity.
