Join VAL-CO Industries as a Full-Time Site Scheduler in New Holland, where you will play a crucial role in production planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the agriculture industry. Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute shop order documents and packets.
• Coordinate critical production planning activities with the Production Control Manager and Coordinator.
• Oversee the timely execution of production activities.
• Communicate with production personnel to address capacity constraints and challenges.
• Maintain inventory integrity and coordinate with remote warehousing operations.
• Implement and maintain MTO and PTO systems.
• Drive tactical changes on-site.

Requirements

• High School diploma or Associate's degree, or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP planning tools.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of Kanban pull systems, MTO, and PTO principles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good fundamental math skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves
