About the position

Responsibilities
- Use inventory/order management electronic systems for on-site program replenishments and disbursements.
- Receive, put-away, and rotate stock, conduct cycle counts, and manage order entry and expediting.
- Resolve customer service calls and process product returns and backorders.
- Deliver chemical packages within a laboratory environment and maintain chemical stockroom inventory.
- Pickup hazardous waste and follow established work processes as outlined in written procedures.
- Engage in process improvement activities and communicate customer concerns to management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a laboratory setting or services.
- Validated customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Operating skills to use handheld scanners and enter data in various systems.
- Analytical skills to reconcile reports and computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.
