Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise residential staff assigned to the individual's home.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain documentation and records related to care and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with staff, individuals, and families regarding care plans and progress.
• Be on-call for groups as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with no more than five points and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications (training provided).
• Two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a supervisory role within a similar field.
• Additional certifications related to developmental disabilities or behavioral health.
