About The Position
As a Site Supervisor at ResCare Community Living, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing staff to ensure quality care for our clients. Your primary focus will be on efficiently meeting the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders. This position requires a passion for creating a positive work environment and ensuring that direct support staff are properly deployed to meet the needs of those we serve. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, addressing health, safety, and environmental concerns, and ensuring that all clinical and behavioral support objectives are implemented and documented effectively. In this role, you will oversee dietary supports, which includes menu planning and grocery shopping, ensuring that all protocols for communicating medical concerns are followed. You will also be responsible for maintaining current medication administration records and scheduling medical appointments for the individuals in your care. Monitoring budgets and finances is another key responsibility, as you will collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations. Additionally, you will implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources, while also monitoring employee schedules and time reports. This position is essential in ensuring that our clients live their best lives, and you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of ResCare Community Living.
