Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level support to end users or processes that cannot be resolved by 1st level support (Client Services Desk).
- Enable Moves, Adds and Changes to the environment.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain all IS solutions at supported Office or Advanced Logistics Center location(s).
- Support IS solutions including Thin Terminals, desktops/laptops, thermal/LaserJet printers and RF Guns.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years' experience in an IS service delivery organization
- Strong Microsoft Windows/Office Troubleshooting skills
- Troubleshooting of LaserJet/Thermal (Zebra) Printers
- Troubleshooting of Symbol/Motorola RF guns
- Imaging of desktops and laptops using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
- Basic asset/inventory management skills
- Conceptual understanding of design, implementation, and administration of current communication technologies
- Working understanding of current technologies and techniques with Cisco network equipment.
