Your responsibilities will include documenting and coordinating the shipping and receiving of ADPE assets, maintaining accountability of inventory, and managing short-term storage facilities for computer and communications-related assets. You will also be responsible for the distribution of hardware as directed by the Government, ensuring that all ADPE hardware and software are properly received in an IT Service Management (ITSM) approved database and documented in accordance with Personal Property Management (PPM) requirements. In this position, you will recommend and support the development and maintenance of approved processes for managing and tracking the full IT asset, license, and maintenance lifecycle from procurement to retirement. Additionally, you will inspect goods and materials to assess the condition of assets for distribution or recycling, coordinate the disposal of property, supplies, and materials in compliance with Government and service regulations, and maintain records of acquisition and distribution of property, supplies, and materials. Your role will also involve processing excess ADPE as identified by the Government and aiding in completing quarterly and annual inventories.
