About the position

The Ski & Snowboard Instructor at SNÖBAHN is responsible for providing an engaging and safe learning experience for both beginners and experienced individuals in skiing and snowboarding. This role involves teaching techniques, managing customer experiences, and ensuring smooth operations of various programs and events while maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience within the offered programs and services.
• Teach, train, and coach ski and snowboard techniques in accordance with the SNÖBAHN platform.
• Operate revolving slope machinery safely and responsibly.
• Assist at the café/bar as necessary.
• Assist with customer check-in and reception as necessary.
• Assist with parties and corporate events as required.
• Maintain a clean facility and equipment.
• Ensure smooth operations of lessons, clinics, parties, events, and camps, focusing on customer service.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
