About the position

The Ski/Snowboard Technician position at our premier local shop involves providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their ski and snowboard needs. The role requires extensive knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, as well as experience in a ski/snowboard shop or a similar environment. The technician will work primarily on weekends and holidays, contributing to a tight-knit team dedicated to delivering the best service in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Assist customers with ski and snowboard rentals and sales.
• Maintain and organize the ski/snowboard shop.
• Work on the rental bench during busy times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a ski/snowboard shop or a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of skiing and snowboarding equipment and techniques.
• Strong customer service skills.
