Your talent and passion are what our patients need at our Residential Supported Recovery Treatment Center located in Lafayette Indiana for day shift. You will be integral in providing a continuum of care, often following primary treatment for addictions recovery, for men and women to learn how to live their lives free from addiction and substance use and re-enter their communities. Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required at minimum.
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, driving record meeting company policy, and proof of insurance required.
• Meet all Indiana Association of Recovery Residences (INARR) Standards.
• Your commitment to providing individual attention to help clients achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of programs.
• Oversee any Resident, Resident Manager and/or Senior Residents at facilities.
• Assist with running community meetings.
• Interview applicants and make recommendations on admittance of potential residents.
• Perform intake for new clients admitted to the facility as needed.
• Monitor status of client's progress and compliance with program guidelines and document in writing in each client file.
• Attend community related events and take part in all fundraising events.
• Aid residents in connecting to community services and programs including transportation if necessary.
• Serve on call 24 hours for emergencies.
