You are the dynamic, professional Skill Builder we are looking for. Your talent and passion are what our patients need at our Residential Supported Recovery Treatment Center located in Lafayette Indiana for day shift. You will be integral in providing a continuum of care, often following primary treatment for addictions recovery, for men and women to learn how to live their lives free from addiction and substance use and re-enter their communities. Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required at minimum.
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, driving record meeting company policy, and proof of insurance required.
  • Meet all Indiana Association of Recovery Residences (INARR) Standards.
  • Your commitment to providing individual attention to help clients achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of programs.
  • Oversee any Resident, Resident Manager and/or Senior Residents at facilities.
  • Assist with running community meetings.
  • Interview applicants and make recommendations on admittance of potential residents.
  • Perform intake for new clients admitted to the facility as needed.
  • Monitor status of client's progress and compliance with program guidelines and document in writing in each client file.
  • Attend community related events and take part in all fundraising events.
  • Aid residents in connecting to community services and programs including transportation if necessary.
  • Serve on call 24 hours for emergencies.
