About the position

The company is seeking multiple positions within the automotive and warehouse sectors, including Automotive Sales Account Manager, Research and Development/Compliance Support, Product Photographer/Photo Editor, Inventory/Receiving Clerk, and Warehouse Supervisor. Each role has distinct responsibilities and requirements, focusing on customer service, compliance, inventory management, and creative skills. The positions are primarily full-time, on-site at the Rialto facility, with varying pay rates and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and maintain high customer service focus.
• Scout for new automotive business accounts and manage existing ones.
• Complete sales and purchase orders efficiently.
• Navigate multiple computer screens and manage high volumes of phone calls and emails.
• Conduct staff development and follow-up on accountability measures.
• Report and host staff meetings, ensuring ownership of sales and order reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Provide direct supervision and mentoring to a small call-center team.
• Analyze market and sales data to drive growth.

Requirements

• High customer service focus and ability to handle escalations.
• Experience in account handling and business development.
• Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple screens and managing communications.
• Attention to detail and passion for automotive sales.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven sales history and ability to analyze market data.
• Willingness to travel for at least 10 events per year.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in product development and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
