About the position

The Skilled Carpenter position is aimed at experienced carpenters who will work on various residential construction projects, including new constructions and renovations. Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work on residential construction projects including bathroom and kitchen remodels, basement remodels, and new construction.
• Install tile and flooring, doors, and windows as part of renovation projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of carpentry experience in residential construction.
• Proficient in frame to finish carpentry work.
• Must possess own hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation is required.
