Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, and motor graders for civil projects.
• Mentor other team members by teaching proper grading techniques.
• Lead safety efforts by identifying and correcting hazards promptly.
• Attend daily safety and project coordination meetings.
• Restore post-construction work to its original condition or better.
• Communicate time away from work with team leaders and team members in advance.
• Work with cost-effectiveness, profitability, and safety in mind.
• Arrive at work prior to the designated start time.

Requirements

• Valid CPR Certification.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and motor graders.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
