The Skilled Laborer position at Precision Renovations SF involves working as part of a dedicated team focused on high-end finishes in various remodeling and construction trades. The role requires versatility as it encompasses multiple projects, primarily in interior renovations such as kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, doors, and trim work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and grow within the company, and proficient in various trades.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinets, custom shelving, door casing and trim, baseboards, crown molding, and interior doors.
• Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
• Install walls, floors, and ceilings using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites.
• Perform drywall repairs and hanging or finishing, including small patches and full baths.
• Clean up worksite debris for a clean workspace daily.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in remodeling or construction trades.
• General knowledge of precise measurements and quality finishes.
• Own transportation and hand tools, including table saws, chop saws, and circular saws.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety compliance and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in installing kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and custom millwork.
• Ability to read drawings and take precise measurements for tile installation.
• Experience in interior and exterior painting.
