About the position
Power Construction Roofing & Siding Corp. is seeking a skilled roofer to join their team. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license and involves working closely with customers, the company owner, and other staff to ensure roofing projects are completed smoothly and safely. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred but not mandatory. The role includes acting as a site supervisor when needed and maintaining excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist the crews with tasks when needed
- Pick up stock/materials for the job when needed
- Manage project start meetings with crews and customers
- Manage final job walk-around and punch list creation with crews, customers and company owner
- Take multiple photos of the project before, during, and after and upload to the company
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with homeowners, crews, and the company owner
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Valid Driver's License
- 2 years of roofing/construction experience
- 1 year of general construction experience (preferred)
