Integrate Sun LLC is seeking a motivated Solar Technician to join their team in Milpitas, CA. This full-time position focuses on battery installations, specifically Tesla Powerwalls, and Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs). Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot Tesla batteries and perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs).
• Conduct Service and Site Surveys to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Occasionally assist with supply or permit runs as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of solar installation experience (Tesla batteries, MPUs preferred).
• Knowledge of tools, blueprints, and local regulations.
• Experience with hand tools and roofing.
• Electrical experience, especially in commercial settings.
• Knowledge of high voltage systems and schematics.
• Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous solar installation experience is a plus.
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with great attention to detail.
