Responsibilities
- Craft medical instruments from verbal instructions, written procedures, and blueprints.
- File, bend, braze, and polish instruments by hand.
- Regularly use a microscope for instrument assembly.
- Learn and apply new techniques to improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Experience in surgical instrument making or similar manufacturing/assembly roles is preferred.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with micro-surgical instruments is a plus.
