About the position
Fike Industrial Construction is seeking an entry-level to skilled Tradesman who possesses a range of skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. The ideal candidate will have a basic to extensive understanding of these trades, with a preference for those who also have knowledge of flooring installation. This position is full-time and requires a valid driver's license, as the work will be conducted in Southern California and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and repairs.
- Assist with plumbing installations and repairs.
- Conduct electrical work as needed for various projects.
- Execute painting tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Install flooring materials as required.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic to extensive skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Entry-level experience in construction, with a preference for 3 years of experience.
