About the position

The Case Manager / Skills Coach at Bowen Center is responsible for empowering individuals and families by assisting them in developing essential life skills and coping strategies. This role involves working closely with a clinical team to implement psycho-social skills-building practices as outlined in treatment plans, ultimately aiming to improve the health and well-being of the community.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a dynamic clinical and medical team to empower patients to care for their physical and mental health.
  • Conduct hands-on skills-building sessions in various community, home, and school settings.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals in emotion regulation, relational skills, independent living skills, and general coping skills.
  • Utilize a comprehensive toolbox of evidence-based practices to enhance the well-being of your patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Act as a compassionate and dedicated advocate for the individuals and families you serve.
  • Provide empathetic support to a diverse caseload, including a variety of ages, diagnoses, and backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Must meet at least one of the following educational requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree, 60 undergraduate college credits, or a high school diploma/GED with four years related experience.
