Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, technical certificate, or 60 undergraduate college credits.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in behavioral health, human services, or relevant social services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under supervision and independently.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in collaborative assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, and evaluation.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese for wage premiums.
