About the position

As a Systems Engineer within Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on advanced technology and integration for Joint All Domain Operations (JADO). This role involves supporting the architecture and design of systems in contested environments across various domains, including Air, Space, Ground, and Sea. You will engage in the technology development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, integration, and testing, while collaborating closely with military customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the architecture and design for various efforts using model-based systems engineering.
• Utilize Cameo for system architecture modeling throughout the project portfolio.
• Engage in research and development activities while maintaining relationships with military customers.
• Participate in the technology development lifecycle from requirements to design, integration, and testing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university, or a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Cameo.
• Extensive experience with Interface Control Documentation (ICD).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Open Mission Systems (OMS).
• Experience with Universal Command & Control Interface (UCI).
• Familiarity or proficiency with SysML/Cameo Magic Draw.
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience.
• Requirements experience within DOORS.
• Creating SysML and decomposing requirements to the system or product level.
• CONOPS development experience.
• Experience with development phase design reviews including SRR, SDR, PDR, or CDR.
• Experience developing system level test procedures.
