About the position

The Operations Project Manager at TEKsystems is responsible for overseeing Production teams to ensure exceptional client support. Responsibilities

• Oversee all Production teams within the line of business, ensuring they provide excellent support to all clients.
• Coordinate meetings and training sessions.
• Support the Training Team with implementing new and updated policies and procedures.
• Identify process improvements and create effective solutions.
• Monitor SLA risks and address any potential issues.
