About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain process documentation and articles for customer support teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
• Organize and format documentation in a user-friendly manner that aligns with client style/format requirements.
• Update and revise existing documentation as processes evolve.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all materials.
• Review, present, and upload documentation to repository.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or process documentation.
• Proven experience in content writing or technical writing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, clear, and concise manner.
• Bias to action and ability to move quickly, with a target of roughly 1 document/article created/completed per day.
• Must be a US citizen or a Green Card holder.
