As a Sr. Data Product Analyst at Slalom, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional partners to leverage your product and data analytics skills. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver data-driven insights that enhance user experience and optimize content for both B2B and B2C digital products. This position is remote and project-based, specifically supporting clients in the healthcare sector. You will be tasked with providing comprehensive product insights, analytics, and actionable recommendations aimed at improving user engagement and overall product performance. In this role, you will build and maintain dashboards utilizing product analytics platforms and business intelligence tools to inform stakeholders and monitor product performance effectively. You will generate detailed reports and present findings to support critical business decisions. Your work will involve performing quantitative analysis and data mining to gain a deeper understanding of customer interactions with products and services. Additionally, you will support A/B testing initiatives and conduct quantitative analyses to validate hypotheses about user behavior, identifying opportunities for product enhancement. You will also be responsible for building automation and analysis pipelines that provide insights at scale, defining data infrastructure requirements for new products and features.
