About the position

The UX/UI Designer at Slalom will play a crucial role in delivering and implementing the company's broader goals by conducting user research, engaging with stakeholders, and refining design concepts. This position requires collaboration with technical teams and participation in various workshops to ensure alignment on project scope and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research studies to gather user insights.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and synthesize learnings.
• Engage in kickoff workshops to align on project scope and desired business outcomes.
• Co-create service design blueprints for current-state and future-state experiences.
• Develop user flows for prioritized use cases.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
• Partner with technical teams to ideate and validate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
• Refine designs based on feedback from usability testing.

Requirements

• Strong research skills with a proven track record of conducting user research studies.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesizing learnings.
• Ability to facilitate kickoff workshops to align on project scope and outcomes.
• Expertise in creating current-state and future-state service design blueprints.
• Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
