About the position

The Interim Slate Captain (Slate Staff Augmentation Strategist) is responsible for providing expert guidance and Slate expertise to assigned institutions on an interim basis. This role involves managing day-to-day operations in client Slate instances and executing projects based on client needs. The position requires collaboration with clients to determine training needs and contribute to internal projects, all while supporting Slate trainings and consultations as time allows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interim Slate Captain for client partners in need of additional support
• Act as part-time or full-time Slate Captain for contracted client(s)
• Fill in on day-to-day operations as specified by the client(s)
• Execute projects as outlined by point of contact at partner institution(s)
• Support Slate Trainings and Consultations when not contracted for full-time roles
• Conduct internal and external training on various Slate topics
• Liaise with clients to determine training needs and schedule sessions
• Lead consultation projects
• Contribute to internal projects and team innovation ideation conversations
• Assist with project management process development to improve workflows

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Slate features including Application, Reader, Workflows, Deliver, Events, Fields and Prompts, Queries and Reports, Rules, and Upload Dataset
• Advanced knowledge of admission processes and strategy
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and decision-making
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and represent the company to clients
• Effective communication and time management skills for a remote work environment
• Ability to use/learn multiple technology platforms and switch between them regularly
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent life/work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of advanced Technolutions Slate CRM experience
• Minimum of 2 years of higher education experience
