Responsibilities

• Coordinate all marketing functions on property.
• Assist with Rewards Center operations, including issuing card reprints and PIN changes.
• Handle advertising responsibilities such as opening creative jobs and coordinating collateral placement.
• Create and send Fact Sheets for special events, promotions, and concerts.
• Plan and update monthly calendars for marketing activities.
• Schedule all hourly Marketing Team Members.
• Work at all special events and promotions.
• Ensure all procedures are performed regularly.
• Communicate with all departments within the hotel.
• Generate reports from CMS.
• Manage social media when needed.
• Coordinate promotions and special event details, including prize inventory and warehouse maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Independently plan, organize, and complete work tasks.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set and achieve high performance standards.
• Capable of handling multiple assignments under time constraints.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
