The Slot Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning, configuration, and placement of slot machines within the casino environment. This position is responsible for preparing all necessary documentation related to various slot-related projects, including machine conversions, moves, and other changes. Reporting directly to the Slot Performance Supervisor, the Slot Project Coordinator is tasked with building machine configuration setups and progressive configurations, as well as creating and maintaining slot master entries to ensure the smooth operation of slot machines. In this role, the Slot Project Coordinator will review and interpret Slot Par Sheets, Regulatory Letters, and Customer Notifications. This involves consulting with the Slot Technical team to ensure that all configurations are accurate and that project deadlines are met. The coordinator will also assist in the preparation and amendment of paperwork for system upgrades and interruptions, ensuring compliance with all internal controls and Gaming Commission Regulations. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication, as the Slot Project Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Slot Performance Supervisor, Analyst, Manager, and Technical team. Additionally, the coordinator will perform minor ad hoc reporting and information querying to support the department's operations. Overall, this role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of slot operations within the casino.
