About the position

The Slot Project Coordinator at Yaamava' Resort & Casino is responsible for managing the planning, configuration, and placement of slot machines and related projects. This role involves building machine configurations, maintaining slot master entries, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations under the guidance of the Slot Performance Supervisor. The coordinator plays a crucial role in interpreting regulatory documents and collaborating with technical teams to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Builds machine configuration setups for replacements, conversions, and any slot related changes.
• Creates and maintains slot master entries for machine replacements, conversions, moves and any slot related changes.
• Builds Progressive Configurations for machine replacements, conversions, moves and any slot related changes and updates progressive tracking tools.
• Reads and interprets Slot Par Sheets, Regulatory Letters, and Customer Notifications, seeking answers from vendors as needed.
• Works closely with Slot Performance Supervisor, Analyst, Manager, and Technical team to meet project deadlines.
• Assists with the preparation and amendment of paperwork for system upgrades and interruptions.
• Performs minor ad hoc reporting and information querying.
• Ensures compliance with all internal controls and Gaming Commission Regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one (1) year of casino experience with one (1) year of slot operations experience required.
• Experience in slot performance, including machine set-up, evaluation, and reporting, or equivalent financial analysis experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access required.
