About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Slot Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of slot machines and gaming equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction. The technician will work closely with gaming staff to diagnose and repair technical issues, while also maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on the equipment.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in slot machine maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
Nice-to-haves
- Associate's degree in Electronics or related field
- Experience with a variety of gaming equipment and systems
- Certification in slot machine maintenance and repair
