About the position

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a remote position with a school district in California. This role is designed for professionals with experience in school settings, and it offers the potential for contract renewal in the upcoming school year if the candidate meets performance expectations. The position is full-time and requires a commitment to working with students from PreK to 12th grade.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting.
• Assess and evaluate students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Must be licensed in the state of California.
• Previous experience in schools is required, preferably within the last 2 years.
• Must have a home computer with high-speed internet access.
• Must be tech-savvy and willing to undergo training for the software.
• Must have or be willing to obtain liability insurance and list ProCare Therapy as a certificate holder.
