Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students.
  • Conduct assessments and provide direct support to students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Document student progress and report findings to the supervising Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of speech therapy experience required.
  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Must be licensed in California.
  • Previous school experience is preferred but not required.
