About the position

RingCentral is a global leader in cloud-based communications and collaboration software, fundamentally changing the nature of human interaction. We are currently looking for Account Executives to join our expanding small/medium size business segment. Our SMB sales team is supported by a robust marketing engine that delivers thousands of leads monthly, eliminating the need for cold calling. This role requires a strong background in solution-based selling, particularly in B2B environments such as Software/SaaS or Telecom, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales cycle with IT decision makers
  • Maximize leads and manage the sales pipeline
  • Forecast sales and manage pipeline effectively
  • Engage in complex selling using a challenger approach
  • Deliver virtual presentations and online demos to clients
  • Acquire small to medium-sized business clients

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of solution-based selling experience
  • B2B background in Software/SaaS, Telecom, or related industries
  • Experience in complex selling and a challenger approach
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Strong skills in forecasting and pipeline management
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and energetic demeanor

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of technology solution-based selling experience
  • Success in acquiring small to medium-sized businesses
  • Skilled in virtual presentations and remote sales processes
  • BS degree, continued education preferred
