About the position

The position of Independent Loan Broker at GoKapital offers a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in business or real estate financing to work remotely and earn high commissions. Brokers will assist clients across the United States in securing various financing options, including business loans and real estate financing, while enjoying the flexibility of setting their own hours and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in securing financing through various non-banking loan alternatives.
• Offer business loans ranging from $5K to $5MM, including revenue-based loans, merchant cash advances, and unsecured business loans.
• Provide real estate financing options from $50K to $50MM, including commercial and residential loans.
• Consolidate and refinance existing business debt as needed.
• Work independently from home or remotely, setting your own hours.

Requirements

• Experience in offering business or real estate financing.
• Strong sales ability in financial services.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
