About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager in Strategy, Digital & Innovation. This role involves leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans and initiatives that have a broad impact across the enterprise. The position requires strategic collaboration with various stakeholders and the ability to influence digital strategy while managing a team of digital professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience managing public customer-facing websites, including site redesigns and ongoing maintenance.
  • Conceptual understanding of Content Management Systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of product development and management.
  • Development of roadmaps, strategies, and execution of the roadmap from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.
  • Digital experience in an agile environment, including management of scrum team resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests successfully to conclusion.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with managing Legal, Compliance, and Risk review processes.
  • General knowledge of Financial Services industry regulations.
