In this role, you will act as a key participant in large-scale planning, reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategies for various products, functionalities, and experience areas. You will be responsible for making decisions in digital strategy that require a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Leading a broad team of digital professionals, you will ensure that deliverables are met and new initiatives are driven forward. Collaboration is key, as you will strategically consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You may also lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
