The Lead Digital Product Manager will play a crucial role in the Strategy, Digital & Innovation team, leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a broad impact across the enterprise. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to influence digital strategy for the business line, necessitating an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. In this role, you will act as a key participant in large-scale planning, reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategies for various products, functionalities, and experience areas. You will be responsible for making decisions in digital strategy that require a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Leading a broad team of digital professionals, you will ensure that deliverables are met and new initiatives are driven forward. Collaboration is key, as you will strategically consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You may also lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning and review complex digital strategies for products and functionalities.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line through in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy requiring strong understanding of business policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead a team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Potentially lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience managing public customer-facing websites, including site redesigns and ongoing maintenance.
  • Conceptual understanding of Content Management Systems and their use in managing site content.
  • Knowledge and understanding of product development and management.
  • Experience in developing roadmaps, strategies, and executing the roadmap from ideation to market delivery.
  • Digital experience in an agile environment, including management of scrum team resources.
  • Ability to partner closely with Experience Design and Business stakeholders to execute site enhancement requests using workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aprimo.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests successfully to conclusion.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on site performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Familiarity with managing Legal, Compliance, and Risk review processes to secure approval of proposed changes.
  • General knowledge of Financial Services industry regulations is a plus.
