About the position

The Small Business Operations Specialist position at TEKsystems involves evaluating and processing business lending applications for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies while assisting in the processing of loans and credit cards up to $50,000. This is an entry-level position requiring strong administrative skills and attention to detail, with a hybrid work schedule that includes onsite work two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and process basic business lending applications submitted through the Credit Union Secure Document Upload portal.
  • Research and gather supporting data and loan documentation for lending requests.
  • Ensure loan and credit card applications are complete and compliant with federal and NCUA rules and regulations.
  • Assist Business Loan Processor II and III with online business loan processing.
  • Review loan applications for errors and email members for supporting documentation.
  • Work on various reports and troubleshoot credit card ordering errors.
  • Draft loan documents for members to sign.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time hours, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST.
  • Pay rate of $17.00/hour.
  • Hybrid schedule with onsite work required 2 days a week.
